Excessive motion will cause problems due to the motion & "swing" of attached cables and hoses attendant to the Thermal Spray production process.  RobotWorks' FUNNEL POINTS TOOL allows the Thermal Spray Robot Programmer to easily modify robot path point orientation so that he can control excessive robot motion.  The programmer may insert a "Focus Point" or a "Control Zone" to restrict robot motion over the course of the entire path.  These elements are easily adjusted for orientation and position, and simulation can show the resultant robot motion.
